With over 20 years of experience in orthopedic, geriatric, pediatric, and neurological rehabilitation techniques, this Millersburg family-man is guaranteed to provide you with excellent care with a personal touch. His whole patient therapy approach will be evident in every session.

Physical Therapist

Doctor Michele G. Ionno DPT, studied at Washington University in St. Louis. He has expertise in the areas of orthopedics and sports physical therapy. Combining this with his love of help people, he strives to help people become the best version of themselves. After spending the last 11 years outside of the state of Ohio, he enjoys spending him with his siblings and family. He loves football, having played in college and spending time outdoors. Doctor Ionno enjoys keeping his hands busy with woodworking or learning new skills outside of the clinic!

Robyn Menuez

Occupational Therapist

Robyn has been an Occupational Therapist for over 25 years. She has experience working in-home care, acute care and outpatient settings with diagnoses including stroke, spinal cord injuries, and joint replacements. Robyn appreciates working with people to set and achieve individual goals making your therapy experience as unique as you are.

Tim graduated from Shawnee State University in 2018 with a degree as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. He has been working at Promotion Therapy since graduating working both in the outpatient and home health settings. One of his favorite things about working in the field is being able to see somebody progress throughout their time in therapy. Tim has been a part of the community for most of his life even attending West Holmes High School where he played basketball and tennis. He enjoys spending time with family and friends playing cards or tennis and attending Ohio State Football games.

Sonya Lydic is a 2011 graduate of North Central State College with her degree as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She has been with Promotion Therapy for a little over 7 years with a focus on our home health community. Sonya has a special interest and continued education in orthopedics and stroke recovery. When asked what she enjoys most about home health “I love all the different diagnoses’ that I get to see and people fresh home from the hospital. Also, I enjoy seeing people in their environments so that I can really tailor their therapy treatments to what is important to them. I want to make a difference.” Sonya was born and raised in Holmes County where she still resides with her 2 wonderful daughters and good lookin’ husband. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and watching her kids play sports.

Laiken graduated from Stark State College in 2018 with an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant degree. Since graduation, Laiken has had experience as a PTA in home health and outpatient orthopedics settings. She has a passion for helping patients reach their goals. In her free time, Laiken enjoys hiking with her dog and cuddling with her cats.

Rebecca is a 2013 graduate of North Central State College, earning an Associates of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant. She has been a member of the Promotion Therapy team since receiving her license. Rebecca has enjoyed serving as an “In- home” therapist as she feels ,” I get to know the community members I’m working with on such a personal level. I like to ask what they are struggling with, then work together to make everyday activities easier and more safe, I love to see the determination, progress and growth in confidence and independence of the people I treat.” Rebecca’s experience includes pediatrics through geriatrics treatments with continuing education in orthopedics, chronic illness, pain, healthy aging and fall prevention in older adults. Rebecca says family is my priority, which includes a son, a daughter, son in law and two amazing grandsons. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Rebecca enjoys hiking, skiing, swimming in the ocean, working in her garden and simply playing with her grandchild and beloved pups in the yard.
